During my summer hiatus, I learned that being your best self starts with taking care of YOU! But in the midst of our very busy schedules, it can sometimes take a backseat.
Perhaps you have vacation time that you haven’t been able to use yet. Perhaps you want a 20-minute breather to focus on your creative work. Or maybe you you just want to catch up on some much needed sleep or spend some time with family and friends.
Whatever it is, just make sure you’re making yourself a priority too. And don’t worry, my team and I are always here when you need help with managing work + family + life, learning to use your unique skill sets to impact the world, or just connecting with like-minded women.
